Booking and cancellation conditions
Bookings
Reservations can be made directly via the form on our website or by e-mail.
Reservations on the website are first provisionally confirmed by an automatic message,
you will receive a second personal message as soon as possible, confirming your stay.
With this second email we will send you a link that will give you access to a small form, where you accept our conditions.
Filling in the form is obligatory to confirm your booking.
We do not take deposits, we simply trust you.
For very long stays (more than 3 weeks) or reservations of several rooms we reserve the right to modify the conditions.
For stays of 2 nights or more, we may ask you to pay for the entire stay by payment link at the time of booking. Payment must be made within 12 hours.
Cancellation
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival (after 5pm on the day before your arrival) we will charge you the full amount of your booked stay.
We only accept cancellations by e-mail.
In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay booked will be charged.
Despite our flexibility, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stay, so that we can re-let the room.
Prices
Long stay discount
For stays of 7 days or more we offer a 5% discount on overnight stays.
Rates for suite La Quatre
When you book the suite online, the rate shown is for 2 people.
To obtain the family rate or the Twin Room rate, please send us a message.

Check-In / Check-Out
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15h. We are happy if you send us a short message one hour before your arrival. Earlier check-in is possible on request.
Check-Out is between 10h30 and 11h00.
Children
Our suite (La Quatre) is suitable for a family stay and can accommodate 2 adults and
1- 2 children. Our house is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
We do not offer extra beds for other rooms.
Pets
Our rooms are not adapted for stays with animals.

Information for kitchen use
The kitchen remains closed during breakfast time and the evenings of the table d'hôtes.
Store your food in the refrigerators and shelves provided.
Do it yourself ! Cook as you would at home and leave the kitchen as you found it for other guests.
Damage and insurance
Our guests are responsible for any damage caused.
Payment
Payment must be made before your departure.
We accept credit cards, French cheques, immediate transfers and cash.
We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and undertake to inform you in good time.
